Swing Out Adventure, Inc. combines direct assistance, referral navigation, skills development, family guidance, and community education. Our goal is not simply to respond to one immediate need, but to help people build durable connections to the resources and opportunities that support independence over time.

People often face several connected barriers at once: inaccessible transportation, confusing service processes, limited technology, gaps in caregiver support, or workplaces that are unsure how to provide reasonable accommodations. Swing Out Adventure, Inc. coordinates across these areas so participants do not have to navigate each challenge alone.
